The same with forming duchies, creating titles and revoking titles, so I'm a bit confused. I've seen arguments both in favor and against giving titles to my dynasty. Basically, I have a city and a bishopric and I don't know to whom should I give it too. I'm the Duke of Portucale and I just conquered my first county from the infidels.
